Who we are

This website is operated by Ramon Janssen (“we”, “us”). We provide leadership training, management courses, and coaching. For privacy-related requests, contact us via the contact form.

What data we collect

  • Contact and enquiry forms — When you submit the contact, coaching, or training enquiry form, the data (e.g. name, email, message) is sent to and processed by YouForm. We access submissions only through YouForm’s dashboard; we do not receive copies by email.
  • Technical and access data — Our hosting provider (Netlify) and our DNS provider (Cloudflare) may log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar technical information in the normal operation of the site.
  • Analytics — We use Google Analytics in an anonymous-only configuration: IP addresses are anonymised, we do not collect identifying data, and we use it only to understand how the site is used (e.g. pages visited, referral sources).

Third parties

Data may be processed by:

  • YouForm — Form hosting and storage. See YouForm’s privacy policy for how they handle your data.
  • Netlify — Hosting and server logs.
  • Cloudflare — DNS and optional security/caching; they may log traffic data.
  • Google Analytics — Anonymous usage analytics (see “Cookies and similar tech” below). Google’s privacy policy applies to their processing.
  • Udemy — We do not collect data when you sign up or buy courses. If you follow a link from this site to Udemy, Udemy will receive the URL (including UTM parameters we add for attribution). Udemy’s own privacy policy applies to your use of their platform.

Cookies and similar tech

This site does not set first-party cookies for tracking. The YouForm embed may use cookies or similar tech on YouForm’s domain. We use Google Analytics in anonymous-only mode; it may set cookies or use similar tech on Google’s domain to measure traffic. We do not use Analytics to identify you or track you across other sites.

Newsletters and marketing

We do not currently run a newsletter or email list from this site. If that changes, we will ask for your consent and update this policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct or delete that data
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. in the EU/UK)

If you are in California, you may also have rights under the CCPA (e.g. to know what is collected, to delete, to opt out of “sale”/sharing where applicable). We do not sell personal data.

To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Retention and security

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond and run our services. Technical logs are retained according to our providers’ policies. We rely on YouForm, Netlify, and Cloudflare to apply appropriate security measures.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
